Safety audits with a corrective action plan. Prompt, timely response to emergency service calls. United is available 24/7 for emergency calls within 30 minutes to one hour turnaround time. Cross-trained day porters and night workers are also on staff that will be available for any absenteeism coverage at your Property. Constant communication from the Account Manager to your organization via email, copies of all inspections, reporting back on closed out issues with an action plan to stop recurrences.
